1. How do I place an order?

Once you choose your model and colour press “add to cart” to write your favourite text and then add it to your shopping cart, you can immediately purchase through our checkout system. Don't see the sign type or design template you are looking for? No problem. Contact us anytime and we will help you get the sign you need.

2. What happens after I order my sign?

As soon as payment has been received via our online payment you will receive a confirmation e-mail to your specified e-mail address confirming your order.

3. When will I receive my sign? 

We aim for all orders to be despatched within 3 business days.

4. Could I change an order?

Due to our 3 days dispatch, you need to contact us maximum 24 hours after placing the order. If a change is necessary, contact us on 0113 4433213 and we will help you make those changes as long as your call is placed within hours of ordering. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made to any orders that have already been placed.

5. How do I cancel an order?

Cancelling your order MUST be done within hours of placing the order.  Please contact us immediately after the order is placed if you wish to cancel your order. We cannot guarantee that your order can be cancelled if the sign is already done.

6. What types of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal through our online checkout.

7. Do I need to buy screws, rawl plugs and standoff to fit it up?

No, you do not. All our signs contain a fitting kit and fitting instructions.

 

8. Do I need to drill any holes on my sign?

 No, all our signs come pre-drilled holes.

 

9. How can I clean my sign?

 You should clean your sign with a clean and wet cloth to not damage it.

10. What can I do if I do not like my sign?

 Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on personalised signs once an order has been produced and despatched.

 

11. What do I have to do if my sign is damaged?

 If you receive a damaged sign, please inform us immediately either by phone or on our contact us page and we will send out a replacement.

12. What do I have to do if I don’t receive my sign within the established days?

In the unlikely event that you do not receive your sign within 15 business days, please notify us and we will endeavour to track your order or if it is the case send you the replacement.

13. How much is the delivery?

Delivery is FREE by Royal Mail First Class.
