Thanks for using our products and services. 

By using our services, you are agreeing to these terms. Please read them carefully.

 

Purchase

Once you have selected your favourite shape and colour press Add To Cart to write the text that you want on your sign and then press check out to make a payment. We accept all major credit and debit cards & PayPal.

As soon as payment has been received via our online payment service provided by STRIPE you will receive a confirmation e-mail to your specified e-mail address confirming your order.

It is the customer’s responsibility to notify us of any errors or changes required within 24 hours of receipt of confirmation.

It is the customer’s responsibility to advise us of non-receipt of the confirmation e-mail.

The customer’s confirmation email will show proof of the customer designed sign, the final product may differ slightly from that shown in the proofed image due to fabrication limitations.

 

Warranty

We offer a clear warranty if you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of the product or the overall experience you have with us, simply contact us and we’ll make it right. the most important for us is your satisfaction.

We warranty 15 years weatherproof.

Law

 The contract between us shall be governed by and interpreted following English law and the English courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us.

 

Payment

All credit card numbers are encrypted when the order is placed using 128-bit encryption SSL Secured.

No customer credit card numbers are either viewed or store.

 

Privacy Statement

 We respect your right to privacy. We do not share any information you provide us with anybody. This includes your name, address, telephone number and email address. None of this information will be given out in any form unless required by law.

We are committed to protecting all customers’ privacy. We use the minimum information we collect about a person to process orders and to provide a more personalised shopping experience. All services will adhere to the standards a described.

Cookies are used on our website to keep track of the contents during the sales.

 Delivery

Unless otherwise agreed in writing signed by an officer of Seller, all delivery dates are estimates Seller shall use its reasonable efforts to deliver all products within the time specified; however, in no case shall Seller be liable for any expense, loss or damage whatsoever suffered by the Buyer as a result of the Seller’s failure to deliver Product by the specified date.

Our First Class Royal Mail Delivery items will be shipped within 3 working days.

Items that have not arrived – We operate a 25 working days policy from the date of your order before we can class your order as being lost in transit. If your goods do not arrive once these timescales have been breached then we’ll gladly refund you the full amount or repeat your order. We will have no liability to you to issue a refund or replacement order if we have not been notified by yourself of non-delivery of your order after 30 working days.

 

Returns

We do everything in our power to make your order to perfection, therefore,  we're committed to making your experience with us so great that you'll want to come back for more and bring your friends along too. 

If you find there is a problem with your order once it arrives, let us know immediately  (within 30 business days of delivery) with your order number on the order confirmation email, by email sales@signskeys.co.uk by filling out our contact form with your order number or send a message 07429604894.

If you are not happy with your product, for whatever reason up to 30 days from the date of sale, we offer a return and refund service. You will need to pay for your return via a tracked postal service. Once the item is returned we will fully refund your purchase.

If you find that we have made a spelling, colour or model mistake then please contact us and we will get your order reprinted and shipped out to you at no cost and within our standard production time. However, if it is yourself who has made a spelling, colour or model mistake then, unfortunately, the new component required is chargeable, new front sections are charge at £6.99 if you need new fitting kits £4.99. 

All our signs are individually personalised to the customers’ requirements and as such, they are not eligible for a return, refund or exchange so please read our product description and view our extensive gallery images to ensure your material and sign-writing process is as required.

Goods received damaged in transit will be replaced as soon as we are notified to the same specifications as the original order.

To let us know of an issue with a product please click on the GET IN TOUCH in CONTACT US  session, from there you will find a phone number and an online form that you can let us know the issue.

 

Dispatch

All items are usually dispatched within 3 working days, If we are unable to dispatch within the stated time frame we will contact you with an estimated dispatch date. 

UK orders that have not been received within 15 business days after dispatch should be reported to us directly and we will research into the missing order. Please do not report an item missing until 15 business days has expired from dispatch.

Royal Mail 3-5 Days: Production will take up to 3 working days, the item is then despatched with Royal Mail 48 service first class.

International orders that have not been received within 30 business days after dispatch should be reported to us directly and we will research into the missing order. Please do not report an item missing until 30 business days has expired from dispatch.

 

 Tax Charge

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.

 

Cancellation by us

We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if:

  • We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered;

  • We do not deliver to your area; or

  • One or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers.

  • If you are unable to make payment with your credit card or your card issuer does not authorize payment.

  • If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
